InFlow Movements - Movement that Inspires
Every woman holds an innate power within - a source of pleasure, confidence, and embodied presence that deserves to be fully awakened
About Intimate Method
InFlow Intimate Method offers women a dedicated space to reconnect with their bodies, awaken pleasure, and step into embodied confidence.

In person class blend pelvic floor training with positions inspired by the Kama Sutra, offering a modern, practical approach to strengthening your intimate muscles while enhancing pleasure, connection, and confidence — both with yourself and with your partner. These positions are designed to help you find optimal angles, deeper engagement, and more intentional activation of your pelvic floor, transforming the way you experience intimacy and movement at home.

A key part of pelvic floor training is learning how to properly contract and release these muscles — a practice commonly known as Kegel exercises. You will learn how to locate, isolate, and strengthen these muscles using precise technique, sensory awareness, and guided positions inspired by the Kama Sutra to deepen engagement and enhance the benefits.
