At the end of each event, space opens for the Intimate Circle — a special, optional moment to step into the spotlight and take center stage.
It’s not about performance; it’s about presence — being seen, felt, and celebrated.
No experience required — presence begins exactly where one is

Personal music selections or choreography explored during the event are welcome
Freestyle, flow, or revisit movements from earlier explorations

Not at all. InFlow is for all bodies and all backgrounds. Whether you're new to movement or a seasoned dancer, the work meets you where you are.
If you’re postpartum, absolutely. InFlow Intimate Method is highly recommended during this time for effective reconnection to your body.
If you are currently pregnant, we suggest joining us after birth, as certain movements involve deep pelvic and core engagement that are not suitable during pregnancy.
Comfortable clothing you can move in (think: leggings, sports bra, or whatever feels good in your body). Knee pads and a yoga mat if noted for the event. Specifics will always be shared in your event confirmation.
Not exactly. While you will move, sweat, and strengthen, this is not about performance or aesthetics. It’s about tuning into your body, reconnecting with yourself, and moving with purpose.
That’s completely normal. Many participants arrive feeling unsure or vulnerable—and leave feeling empowered. You’re never expected to perform or push. You’re simply invited to show up, explore, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
